New York's finest weren't at all impressed at the huge Cadillac with chandeliers on the hood and the California vanity plates: "REVERE 1." The car, which is featured in John Carpenter's grim new movie Escape From New York, was parked outside the premiere party at New York New York, to help drum up publicity.

Trouble is, it was parked illegally, so it promptly got a ticket. Blondie's Debbie Harry showed up for the bash, but walked in unrecognized, because her trademark platinum tresses are now brunette.
