Swedish EFNY DVD Release. Updated Music/Sounds Page. Pics.



Swedish EFNY DVD:
EFNY comes to DVD here in Sweden 13/10. The sad thing is that it doesn't feature the stuff from the U.S. SE version but unlike the other countries releases it will feature a documantary called "Snake Plissken - Man of Honour". I have no clue what this is but it sure sounds interesting. It will also feature a teaser and a regular trailer. PS: This DVD has already been released in Denmark for those who can't wait.

Updated Music/Sounds Page:
The sad thing about linking to other sites is that many becomes deactivated. But most of them is found again and Brian Bennetts emailed me the new location for his great EFNY track. Another sad thing is that I can't seem to add the Future Mix track. I thought I could do that after having upgraded and everything but noo.

I also have a lot of new pics for you. Writing them all down like I use to takes me forever so I just recommend you to browse around in the picture sections and find them yourself. Otherwise you may loose interest in these sections.

If someone is wondering about drawing number 13 the answer is: Joe just wanted to see how a female version of Snake would look like.

I'm back! And I have a surprise for you!

Always when I reach my space limit in a sits I loose interest in it. This is why I choosed to make an upgrade. That meens paying for your site. In return I get many new cool things such as 65 more mb's, an own domain name and no pop-up's or adds at all! This meens that an EFLA site could appear here in the future sometime. I hope you all enjoy this and does your best to support me.

Ok, so what's more? Well, there are several new pics and changes here and there. I recommend you to go to following pages to seek them out: Items - DVD", here you can find more pics and a newly added interview with the producer of the EFNY SE DVD etc. Also browse around in the "Multimedia", "Multimedia - Memorabilia/Collectibles" and "Items - Action Figures" sections and discover new things.

Also, my good american friend Joe Thornton who was very kind to send me the EFNY novel also sended me some neat Snake drawings by him. I recieved three but he has done a lot more. Maybe we'll see some more of those in the future. How about it Joe? Anyway, enjoy:

April Foolsday News:

Escape From Earth isn't in pre-production and Patrick Swayze isn't going to be Snake. This was just an April fool joke from Matt and Alize from SnakePlissken.Net and I bought it dead serious. Nothing surprises me when it comes to Hollywood these days but I'm real happy it only was a joke. I'm easily fooled so if you find this amusing I won't mind you laughing your butts off.

Escape From Earth!

While visiting SnakePlissken.Net I found this worrying news:
Producer Debra Hill and Director John Carpenter today announced the third installment to the cult-classic Escape series, Escape from Earth. After the success of the Snake Plissken Chronicles comics and a video game and anime in the pipeline, Debra and John found it to be a perfect time to bring Snake back to the bigscreen. One of the biggest changes to the series will see the leading role of anti-hero Snake Plissken go to film veteran Patrick Swayze.

Swayze was quoted as saying "I haven't actually seen the first two movies so I think I will be able to bring new life to this Snake Plissken character.

Principal photography is rumored to be scheduled to start this Fall.

My comment:
First: Why Patrick Swayze? He's only one year younger than Kurt? Second: Where have these news been found? Third: This doesn't sound good at all.

the comic book section in the "Items - Comics" area has been updated. The release date for issue 4 is still not confirmed but according to the diamond shipping list it will be out March 3rd.

Lots of updates.

While browsing around in the great SnakePlissken.Net I found something I've searched a long time for namely The Snake Plissken Timeline By Sylvia "Swan" Stevens that vanished from the internet some years ago. It's a great timeline compiled from various sources and it has also been updated! You can find the link in the "Press" section. I've also added another text by Sylvia "Swan" Stevens called "Top Ten Snake Myths" on the "Press - Misc" section. And believe me or not there's more from her. She has also written two fan fiction stories with Karen Winter. The first one is called "The Fire Next Time" and the second one: "Threshold". Check them out in the "Press - Fan Fiction" section. I discovered all this in the excellent Message Board at SnakePlissken.Net. Thank you Matt, Alize and Sylvia. You're doing a great job.

The EFNY Novel Page and Pics.

Hello there. There isn't much happening at the moment but I have updated the EFNY Novel Page and added a few pics. I also discovered some layout faults which I had to fix, the Snake pic was way too long to the left. Please tell me about these things so I can fix them!
